This variety is Robin's Plantain.
Also known as Poor Robin's plantain, Rose petty, Robert's plantain, Blue spring-daisy.
The scientific name is erigeron pulchellus.
When you break down erigeron you get words eri meaning early and geron meaning old man
This refers to the early bloom time and downy appearance of the plant which suggests an old man's white beards
