India's military uses camels to patrol the border with Pakistan. Each year the unit participates in a festival that celebrates the camel. Here the commander of the unit and his ride lead the parade in their best uniforms. Later part of the unit will perform precision drills while the other half of the unit forms a band which plays while astride their camels
